Briefly, we have no registration on this site so we may collect your data only by forms. All information you provide in forms is sent to our e-mails. We use it only to listen to your tracks and contact you, but we don’t delete your messages without request.

If you become our artist, we will ask your payment info and media files (tracks, album cover etc). Also we will need rights to distribute these files, maybe to convert or modify them and to share them with third-parties for better distribution. Anyway, we will do nothing with your content without your permission.

We use Mixcloud player, Google Analytics and spam filters. This services may collect your data according to their privacy policies.

If you leave a comment under any post on our site, we collect all data in the form, your IP-adress and user-agent browser data for spam detection.

The hash based on your e-mail may be used by Gravatar service to detect if you use it or not. You can view Gravatar’s privacy policy here. Your profie image will be posted next to your comment after its approvement.

Contact Forms

All information that you provide in contact forms will be sent to us via e-mail. We use it for better communication with you only and will never use it for any other purpose.

Some articles on this site may include content of another sites. This content behaves as if you visit the original site and may collect your data according to the privacy policy of this site.

Contact forms can be reviewed by Akismet plugin for spam detection. Akismet collects your data on different sites that use the plugin. Types of data collected may differ but usually include your IP-address, user-agent, site URL and also information that you have provided in that form (it may be your name, e-mail, user name, comment etc). If you leave a comment it will be saved for an undefined period of time.
